Size exchange

If the size doesn't fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered

• Items without original tags or packaging

• Products marked as final sale

How to request

Contact our support team with your order number. We'll arrange collection or tell you how to send the item back. Refunds are made to bKash/Nagad or bank within 7 working days after we receive and check the item.
